Authorities and structure
According to the decision of the General Meeting of the Association, which was taken more than two years ago, the work of PIU has been managed by fully professional board, which replaced the previous social one.
Members of the Board also decided that the structure of PIU will be based on the model of corporate governance. The function of the supervisory board PIU is run by the Audit Committee. The Committee supervises the work of the PIU board.
The management board implements its tasks through the Office of the Association. The Office provides substantive and administrative support for the actions of the Board. Organization and rules of the Board Office shall be stated by the organization regulations settled by the Board.
Substantial support for the Board and the Members of the PIU is provided by operating Committees, Subcommittees and Working Groups and Teams.
