Employee Pension Programme (PPE) is an additional encouragement for our employee. The programme has one goal: to assure higher pension for an employee, regardless of what he/she gets from the I and the II pillar. PPE costs incurred by an employer are the costs of income obtainment which in addition means a tax benefit. Although PPE is a group programme, each employee often has a possibility to plan his/her own strategy of saving money. It all depends on the construction of the chosen PPE.
PPE is entirely voluntary but is is the employer who is responsible for creating this type of programme within a company. However, the whole contract has to be accepted by employees. The amount of fees on PPE cannot exceed 7% of an employee's gross remuneration. However, an employee has a right to save more than it is determined by the limit by paying a so called additional fee from his own financial means. In contrast to profits from, i.e. bank investments or investment funds units, money amassed with the use of PPE is Belka's tax free.
We should remember that even if not every employee does not decide to join the PPE programme, it does not mean that they cannot additionally save money for pension. PPE can be joined at all times, not necessarily at the beginning of the programme. Of course, the longer the time of saving, the larger the additional pension. Throughout the whole programme an employee has full information both on how much money is on his/her account at a given moment and in what instruments his money is invested.
Regardless of the branch an accident may happen in any company. Therefore, its owners should think about the safety of their employees and their emploees' families. When we decide to have a group policy in our firm we can be certain that the family of an injured employee will have financial means to live. What is more, in case of a simple cold or a serious disease, employees can expect medical care of the highest level.
There are several professions or economic activities in Poland that are associated with the obligation of having a third party liability insurance policy. Such a requirement refers mostly to occupations requiring great expertise and those where bad performance is likely to expose potential customers to severe damages. In Poland, the TPL insurance policy has to be possessed by, among others, health care institutions, travel agencies, lawyers, legal advisors and notaries or stockbrokers.
Insurance protecting against the effects of fire and other random events is chosen by most companies in Poland. This is the way to insure the property of our company against disasters which we have no influence on. These are mainly dangerous elements such as fire, flood, heavy rains or violent wind. The insurance will alsp protect our property against the effects of lightings. This concerns mainly electronic and electric equipment.
Money from PPE is paid most often at the moment of retiring. Of course, we can invest longer provided we still work despite reaching retirement age. Thus we can still participate in PPE. An employee decides about the form in which the PPE money should be paid. It can be a one-time payment (all saved financial means are taken the same time) or an installment payment - i.e. each month as an addition to the pension.

Money from PPE is paid at the moment of retiring if we do not want to work.
If, despite reaching a suitable age, we still want to be professionally active, we do not need to discontinue our membership in PPE programme.
Money which we saved thanks to PPE can be paid at once or regularly in smaller amounts.
