Uniqa wins PIU Cup 2011
4 June 2011The Uniqua team won the third indoor football tournament - PIU Cup 2011. The second place was taken by footballers of Ergo Hestia and the third by Link4.
Uniqa declared the winner of the PIU Cup 2010
5 June 2010The excellent and exciting six-a-side indoor football tournament, the PIU Cup 2010, was won by the Uniqa team. In the final match, the winner team defeated Warta 7:3. In the 3rd place playoff, Axa Direct proved to be better than the Liberty Direct team, but only after the penalty shootout. Krzysztof Kuchciak of Uniqa team was declared the top scorer, while Guy Cauters (Warta team) was declared the best goalkeeper. 17 teams took part in the tournament.
The PIU Cup 2010 – second indoor football tournament
The Polish Insurance Association for the second time organises a six-a-side indoor football tournament – PIU Cup. We invite groups formed of the employees of Polish insurance companies to take part in the tournament.

The Polish Insurance Association tightens the cooperation with the Warsaw Marathon Foundation. It is a response of the council to the rising interest in running amongst the employees of the insurance sector.
PIU Running Cup 2009 in the 31st Warsaw Marathon
In the 31st Edition of Warsaw Marathon, the runners for the first time could compete for the prizes in the category of insurance companies. The PIU Running Cup 2008, organised by the Polish Insurance Association, enabled the employees of insurance companies to represent their companies and compete in a relay race (in the scope of the programme “Running-Friendly Company”) organised a day before the main race as well as take part in the main race.
PIU Cup 2008 – the first football tournament for insurers
In June of 2008, the Polish Insurance Association organized a six-a-side indoor football tournament for the insurance companies – PIU Cup 2008. It was a very successful debut; 16 teams took part in the tournament and the final winner was the Aviva Commercial Union team.
